As I’m more or less vegetarian this really look delicious and healthy! Very nice post!
Same thing here. I was never a big fan of meat and since last year I have had a major health situation, I started eating a lot of vegetables and fruit. I am always trying to put as many colors as possible on my plate. These salads look both great and they are easy to make.

It’s always wonderful when food looks as good as it tastes. One thin I’ve learned since starting to blog is to always have a camera with me as a bloggable (or possibly bloggable) moment happens all the time!
That is very true. I used to work with a big, chunky camera and heavy lens, but it was not pleasant to carry around… so, I decided to get a small and light one which I now carry with me everywhere I go.
I have a small one, too, although I’m saving my farmer’s market money for a really nice 35mm digital camera. I’ve always loved photography and would enjoy getting back into it a bit more. Digital is wonderful!!
